What if I don’t see an available time and place that works for me?
Typically, these are the only times and places we are available. However, please send us a message through the website if you have a large group of people who are interested and we can maybe discuss some alternatives for you.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
Please reschedule using the “Book” tab on this website. However, please do so within 24 hours or else you will be automatically charged.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
If you miss your appointment, the credit or debit card that you provided to reserve your appointment will be charged automatically. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
Do you accept payment upon arrival?
Yes, however, a credit or debit card is needed to reserve your appointment. Cash or another debit or credit card will be accepted for payment upon arrival to your appointment.
Can I request a hairstyle that isn’t included in your services?
Of course, either send us a message through the website or we can discuss on site and get you taken care of.
Can you do parties or other events?
Yes, absolutely! Please check the available dates and times on the “Book” and “Events” tab to see available dates and times. Then, please send us a message through the website with the event you have in mind with available dates and times that work for you.
